Facebook is completely redesigning the way its Pages look. This will give your Facebook Pages a new look and feel updated navigation, and will also introduce a dedicated news tab, a Q&A section for public figures, and a handful of new tools and insights.
Additionally, the new redesign will also take away the Like button and will focus on Followers instead. This will be a better measure to see how many people your Page is reaching.

The change was first spotted last year during summer when Facebook was testing the redesign with high-profile accounts only such as actors, authors, creators, etc. Now Facebook has officially announced that the redesign will be rolling out to everyone in the upcoming months.
From now on, when you follow a Page, you will be able to see their comments on other posts pinned above the rest so they get better visibility. The comments will appear on the followers’ News Feed as well. Pages will also get a more visible blue tick to show that the account is verified.
Other than these major changes, Facebook is also making it easier for admins to manage their Pages and give permissions. Page admins will be able to give people varying levels of access over the Page such as Insights, Ads, Content, Community Activity, and Messages.
Facebook’s moderation has been improved as well and it will now be able to detect and filter hate speech comments, violent, sexual, spammy content, impersonator accounts, and phishing better than before.
