A spokesperson for NAB Lahore said recovering the remaining looted money from culprits is the bureau’s top priority, adding that all of the recovered money will be disbursed to victims.

Note that a plea bargain deal does not mean that the accused has been absolved of all the charges. Rather, the accused pleads guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a more lenient sentence or an agreement to drop other charges under a plea bargain deal.

  • Although the fraudsters defrauded citizens of billions of rupees yet the NAB Court Lahore has accepted the plea bargain of ONLY 1.2 billion
What a pity. These fraudsters should be given lesson worthy penalties and should be hanged to discourage other such fraudsters.
May be there is some fishy fishy deals and the NAB court confined to only 1.2 b plea bargain.
Infact plea bargain should be not be there as it encourage the fraudsters for defrauding the public as they know that if they apprehended, they we get relief through plea bargain
