Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 2 and Fold 3 to Launch Earlier Than Usual [Leak]

Quite like the Galaxy S21, Samsung’s upcoming foldable phones are also expected to arrive earlier than usual. According to a new report from SamMobile, we now have some more details for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 2 and the Z Fold 3.

The report claims that the Z Fold 3 and the Z Flip 2 will come with model numbers SM-F926 and SM-F711. Both phones will feature the updated One UI 3.5 out of the box, which means that the phones will debut during the second half of the year. This is because new versions of Samsung’s UI are usually unveiled with the Galaxy Note series, which usually debuts in the second half of each year.

The Galaxy Note lineup is typically announced during August each year, but we expect the two foldables to be launched earlier than that. They will likely go for sale soon after One UI 3.5 is announced alongside the Note lineup. There had been many rumors over the past that the Note series would be canceled ever since the S21 Ultra received the S Pen, but Samsung has recently confirmed that it will not be the case.

As for the two foldables, the Z Fold 3 is expected to come with a 256GB storage option, whereas the Z Flip 2 will offer both 128GB and 256GB.
