Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to transform Islamabad into a tourist-friendly city.
In this regard, the newly-appointed CDA Board, during its inaugural meeting on Wednesday, approved the formation of a facilitation center in the city where tourists will be guided regarding the available facilities in the federal capital.

The CDA Board has decided to launch a public awareness campaign to underscore the importance of visiting historical places in Islamabad and its adjoining areas.
It also approved to functionalize all libraries in the federal capital with immediate effect to promote the culture of book reading.
The CDA Board has also decided to organize events to highlight the importance of national culture.
Besides, the CDA Board has issued directions to complete the restoration of road infrastructure and to improve the sanitation situation in the federal capital as soon as possible.

What to show it in Islamabad ? Corrupt Politicians , Generals and Mulluhs to world as a museum of corruption in name of Islam !!! What about Pakhtunkhwa which has all the Tourist places Archeology and History ??
Islamabad is a hub of corrupt people where all housing societies are looting the people in the shelter of politicians and burucrates. Jinnah garden housing society islamabad is one of them who has looted the public money and people are waiting for possession of lands more than 15 years but still this corrupt housing society now launched phase 2 for looting the poor people.
Good initiative also CDA should build clean public toilets like on Motorway near Markaz areas and Margala hills
Traveling in Islamabad in public transport is very like the same as traveling in any other remount area of the country. It is so horrible and painful especially in the morning and evening time on Islamabad express way. There should be a prestigious public transport in the capital city to depic the glory of the city.
Maintainance and cleanliness is all it needs , good transport is required. Tourists will come on their own. We don’t need more crowd anyway
