The Federal Minister for Planning, Development, Reforms & Special Initiatives, Asad Umar, has announced that the government has launched an online certificate issuance portal for the recipients of the prescribed two doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
The minister, who also heads the National Command and Operations Centre (NCOC), tweeted,
COVID Immunisation certificate issuance portal has been launched across the country today. Citizens whose vaccination process is complete (both doses) can now download COVID Immunisation Certificate from https://nims.nadra.gov.pk or get it issued by visiting NADRA Mega Centres

The certificate will serve as documented proof of the completed vaccination and can be obtained for a fee of Rs. 100.

The government is currently administering the Chinese COVID-19 vaccine to healthcare workers and senior citizens (aged 60 and above) across the country and will begin the registration process for senior citizens above the age of 50 from 30 March onwards.
There are no clear instructions as to how the certificate can be obtained, how and where to deposit fee of Rs100/.
We have received both the doses, but there is no data on the NIMS portal. It says we have not received both the doses.
Not given how to get the certificate after having COVID 19 vaccine doze and how to pay the fees and where I can see my name that confirms I have got the doze.
