OnePlus Nord N1 5G Will launch as Nord CE 5G: Leak

OnePlus launched its mid-range 5G handset, the Nord N10 5G, in October last year. Now, the company is working on a successor for the phone.

Initially, it was rumored that the phone will be called the Nord N1 5G, however, the new set of rumors from Max Jambor claim that the phone will go by a different name – Nord CE 5G. It looks like OnePlus decided to rename the device at the eleventh hour.

Jambor did not reveal why OnePlus decided to change the name and what the term CE stands for. The upcoming mid-ranged will be an affordable 5G phone like the Nord N10 5G. Hence, it is expected to come with a similar set of specifications.

For those who don’t know, the Nord N10 5G comes with a 6.49-inch display with a punch hole, 1080p resolution, and 90 Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 690 processor topped with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB expandable storage. In terms of camera, it offers a 64 MP quad-camera setup and a 16MP front-facing camera. The fingerprint scanner is mounted on the back. Unlike the flagship OnePlus phones, it also offers an audio jack. The whole system is fueled by a 4300mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
