Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has announced the admission date for the first phase of the autumn 2021 semester.
AIOU will begin matriculation/FA and merit-based (BS/MA/MSc) (Fee to Fee) and M.Phil/Ph.D.) programs admissions in the first phase from 15 July while BA/BS (ODL) and B.Ed programs admissions in the second phase from 1 September.

According to a press release issued by the Directorate of Public Relations, students have been informed that the university has shifted all its educational, financial, and administrative activities to online mode, thus the admissions to all academic programs including Matric and FA programs will also be conducted online.
