A heartwarming display of gallantry was seen at the office of the Ehsaas Kafalat Program in Multan, involving a policeman who carried a physically challenged woman to the place on his shoulders.
The spectacle was observed in tehsil Shujabad, and a video of the policemen, namely Rana Akram, in the act went viral on social media and was lauded by viewers.

The video shows Akram walking towards the office with the woman on his shoulders.
Local eyewitnesses praised the policeman and cheered slogans for him.
According to bystanders, the woman had come to the Ehsaas centre located at a school to get funds. She had been struggling with entering the office due to her physical condition when Akram showed up and decided to assist her.

The policeman’s act of kindness earned the praises of the City Police Officer (CPO) Multan who announced a cash prize and appreciation certificate for his deed. The CPO stated that Akram’s actions are commendable and that each police officer must be ready to serve the citizens.
