Zameen.com – Pakistan’s leading real estate corporation – recently held a small ceremony in association with real estate developers Eagle Group, to lay the foundation stone for the latter’s latest multi-story development in Gujranwala called City Galleria.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Zameen.com Senior Director Sales (Central) Sheikh Shuja-Ullah Khan, Director Sales (Central) Muzaffar Majeed, and Regional Sales Manager (Gujranwala) Arslan Ahmad Khan.
Eagle Group’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Sheikh Ilyas Majeed, and other stakeholders were also present for the momentous occasion.
Reportedly, City Galleria is a multi-story residential and commercial development, which is being built in a prominent location in Gujranwala’s famous Citi Housing Scheme.
Given its great location and flexible instalment plan, the project is anticipated to be well-received by genuine buyers and investors alike.
Addressing the ceremony, Senior Director Sales (Central) Sheikh Shuja-Ullah Khan stated that City Galleria’s investors would be happy to become a part of this advanced community.
He further stated that Gujranwala was now becoming a focus area for high-rise project investment, which was an exciting and welcome trend.
Eagle Group CEO Sheikh Ilyas Majeed also spoke on the occasion and said that there was a strong demand in Gujranwala for trustworthy and contemporary real estate projects.
He further stated that the City Galleria Project had been launched with the assistance of Zameen.com, and would be a one-of-a-kind example of successful multi-story development projects in Gujranwala.
