The phone’s design is pretty much the same as the regular (2a) that came out a few months ago. But since this is the Plus version, we expect better features on this new model. Previous teasers have hinted at wireless charging.

Previous leaks have added more to the pictures over the weeks. According to these reports, the Phone (2a) Plus should come with a slightly newer chipset, the Dimensity 7350 instead of a 7200. The selfie camera will have more resolution to work with (50MP vs 32MP).

The wired charging is a tiny bit faster at 50W, though it won’t make a notable difference compared to the previous 45W. The Glyph interface LED lights on the back should be customizable on the Nothing Phone (2a).

CMF Phone 1

Nothing’s latest release comes from its sub-brand, the CMF Phone 1. Just like its parent company, the CMF Phone 1 focuses on design, but for a budget. You can swap out the back panel to get a different color aesthetic or attach accessories such as a lanyard, a kickstand, or a magnetic card holder that snaps to the back.
