  • Only Pro Pakistani follows this vanity metric to judge a player’s impact for their team.

What’s the use of following his points on a table when he is unable to deliver the leadership needed to compete at the highest level? Not just leadership, he is even unable to deliver with bat.

Same for Shaheen and others like them.

Pakistanis have a habit of inflating player’s egos. Players become “great” winning against weak opponents and when any formidable teams come all these “world-class” players have nothing to show.

Stop praising them for achieving vanity positions and start encouraging them to work hard on their skills needed to be the beat strong teams.
