The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government has decided to launch the “Taleem Card” program, starting in the Upper Chitral area, as reported by ARY News on Saturday.
This decision follows directives from Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, who instructed the Departments of Education and Finance to take immediate action to implement the program.

Gandapur announced that the “Taleem Card” will be introduced in Upper Chitral, one of the province’s most underdeveloped districts in the first phase. The project will be initially piloted in this area to ensure optimal results.
The government’s strategy involves refining the implementation process in Upper Chitral before expanding the program to other districts in a phased approach.
Gandapur emphasized that this initiative is set to be the government’s flagship project, marking a significant investment in the future of the country’s youth.
