The Police Animal Rescue Center (PARC) has kicked off its campaign to help stray animals and birds, starting with Rawalpindi. As part of this campaign, PARC is installing birdhouses and food bowls for animals.
Under the leadership of Yair Salman and Dr. Arslan Rana, PARC has already installed 25 birdhouses and 10 bowls in Rawalpindi in the Police Line area. The campaign plans to cover all of the Police Line areas during the following week and eventually all of Rawalpindi.
After Police Line, PARC is targeting areas including Jinnah Park, Saddar, Mall Road, and several others where the general public will also be invited to join the campaign.
However, this is only the beginning as PARC’s initiative will then expand to Islamabad and then to all of Punjab. PARC’s goal is to spread awareness through the state of Punjab via the Punjab Police. This will help the animal rescue center make a mark on Pakistan’s map as many people are not aware of PARC or its mission.
If you want to help PARC’s cause, you can donate to help provide bowls and birdhouses to helpless animals. A single bowl costs only Rs. 150.
You can donate directly to Yair Salman through an online bank transfer. Here are the details:
