Pakistan Shaheens Make Eight Changes in the Squad For the Second Four Day Match

Pakistan Shaheens cricket team is gearing up for their second four-day match against Bangladesh ‘A’ at Islamabad Club on Tuesday following a closely contested draw in the first match, setting the stage for an intense showdown.

Both teams have opted for substantial changes to their lineups with the Shaheens introducing eight new faces to their squad, highlighting their approach to give a chance to the young crop of players.

Kamran Ghulam, a promising top-order batter has been recently released from Pakistan’s Test squad and will take on the captaincy role while leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed, who has impressed on the international stage, will also feature in this match.

The revised Shaheens squad includes key players such as Ali Zaryab, Imam-ul-Haq, Mohammad Awais Anwar, Niaz Khan, Qasim Akram, Rohail Nazir, and Sharoon Siraj, all aiming to make an impact.

Bangladesh ‘A’ has also made six changes, reflecting a strategic overhaul after several of their players were called up for national duty. The new additions, including Mohammad Naim, Mohammad Saifuddin, and Saif Hassan, bring a mix of experience and talent, ready to challenge the Shaheens.
