The Ministry of Defence has launched a recruitment campaign encouraging UAE nationals to join the country’s ground forces.
According to a social media post by the MoD, the eligibility criteria are as follows:
- The applicant must be a UAE citizen.
- They must be medically fit, with second-degree fitness required for combat roles and third-degree fitness for administrative positions.
- The age requirements are 18 to 34 for new recruits and up to 39 for those returning to service.
- The minimum educational level is the completion of sixth grade.
- The applicant must have a good conduct record.
