Pakistani Martial Artist Sets New Guinness World Record

Pakistani martial artist Ahmad Amin Bodla has set a new Guinness World Record for the most push-ups completed in one hour.

Bodla, who is no stranger to world records, achieved this feat while carrying a 60-pound pack and with one leg raised, adding an extra layer of difficulty to his challenge.

The record-breaking attempt took place in the United Arab Emirates and has now been officially recognized by Guinness World Records.

Bodla’s achievement surpasses the previous record held by Spain’s Alejandro Soler, who completed 320 push-ups. Initially, when Bodla attempted the record, the official count was 300 push-ups.

However, Soler managed to increase his record to 320 before Bodla’s attempt was officially approved. Despite this, Bodla’s final count of 534 push-ups has set a new benchmark.

This latest accomplishment marks Bodla’s 14th Guinness World Record, further cementing his status as a world champion in push-ups.

With a total of 76 Guinness World Record titles to his name, Bodla continues to push the boundaries of human physical capability.

Speaking to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), Bodla expressed his satisfaction with the achievement, highlighting the rigorous preparation and determination required to reach such a milestone.

His success not only brings pride to Pakistan but also inspires athletes worldwide to pursue their record-breaking dreams.
