Registrations Open for KP Digital Internship Program

The KP Digital Internship Program, a flagship project of KPITB, offers an opportunity for 150 graduates from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa universities each year to enhance their skills and secure employment. Targeted at Computer Science (CS) and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) graduates, the program helps them develop into professionally skilled candidates, making them more attractive to employers. Participants are expected to add value to organizations by contributing with their skills and expertise, providing returns on investment. The program also aims to support companies in KP’s IT parks by offering human resource assistance for their operations and sustainability. Each internship batch lasts six months.

Objectives:

• Develop a pool of IT-competent human resources in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
• Strengthen the technical, managerial, and corporate skills of interns to meet ICT industry demands.
• Bridge the gap between academia and industry by offering hands-on training through IT and IT-enabled services (ITES) companies and government departments.
• Promote economic prosperity in the province by increasing employment through a skilled HR pool.

Eligibility Criteria:

– Must have a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or Merged Districts domicile
– Graduated in the past 3 years OR possess a course completion certificate
– Not eligible if you have post-qualification work experience or have previously availed the KPITB Digital Internship
