Redmi is set to extend its Turbo lineup with the anticipated launches of the Redmi Turbo 4 and Turbo 4 Pro, as revealed by renowned tipster Digital Chat Station. Positioned between the premium K series and the mid-range Note models, these new entries aim to bolster the brand’s “performance flagship” series.
The upcoming Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset is expected to power the Redmi Turbo 4, continuing the legacy of its predecessor, the Turbo 3, which featured the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3.
Meanwhile, rumors suggest that the Turbo 4 Pro will feature the Dimensity 8400 chipset. Both models will reportedly maintain the popular design trend of flat displays.
A notable advancement in the Turbo 4 series will be in battery technology. Each device boasts a capacity exceeding 6,000 mAh without compromising the internal architecture, ensuring a sleek design and robust battery life.
It’s important to note that the naming conventions for these devices might change in international markets. Xiaomi introduced the Redmi K70E and Turbo 3 as the Poco X6 Pro and Poco F6 globally. This suggests that the Turbo 4 series could also debut under the Poco brand outside China.
Since the Redmi Turbo 3 launched early in 2024, we can expect the same from the Redmi Turbo 4 in 2025. However, the global models should be expected to come months later as always. Both the Turbo 4 and Turbo 4 Pro will likely launch at the same time.
