Following the recent Chinese launch of the Find X8 series, Oppo confirmed plans for a global release of both flagship devices. While the initial announcement remained vague about international availability, new information has emerged today regarding the worldwide rollout timeline.
In a social media announcement on X (formerly Twitter), Oppo’s Indonesian division revealed that the Find X8 lineup will make its international debut in November. However, the specific launch date remains undisclosed.
While the complete list of markets slated to receive the Find X8 series hasn’t been announced, we can expect the devices to reach major Asian and European territories, with India being a key destination. Details about regional availability are expected to be communicated by Oppo’s local divisions in the weeks ahead.
There was no mention of the Oppo Find X8 Ultra during the Find X8 and X8 Pro launch, nor was there any information in the global launch announcement. But Ultra phone fans don’t need to worry as the phone typically launched a few months after the base lineup. This means we can expect to see it sometime during Q1 2025, at least in China. The global launch will likely follow along later.
The Find X8 and X8 Pro already come with impressive camera hardware, but the Find X8 Ultra is expected to take it even further with not just camera quality, but perhaps battery life and display tech too. We will have to wait for the official teaser campaign to hear more about the Ultra phone.
