Thick smog and fog caused delays in the schedule of the Thal Jeep Rally, pushing the start time from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The rally is now underway, as confirmed by officials from the Pakistan Tourism Development Corporation (TDCP).
Today is the fourth and final day of the event. In the women’s category, 35 vehicles are competing, while three women are participating in the 32-modifying category of the rally.
In addition to the jeep races, 20 dirt bikes are racing along a 40-kilometer track, with Kot Addu as the starting point and Thetariwala as the finish line. Both jeeps and bikes are competing from the Changa Tella point.
Local police and rescue teams are present to ensure safety and provide support throughout the rally.
