Another Holiday Announced for Schools and Colleges Due to PTI Protest

Authorities have announced that all public and private educational institutions in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will remain closed on Tuesday, 26 November. This decision follows concerns over potential disruptions from the ongoing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest, which has led officials to extend the holiday to ensure the safety of students and staff.

The closure on 26 November comes after an earlier announcement that all educational institutions would also remain shut on Monday, 25 November, as a precautionary measure in response to the demonstrations. With the two-day closure now confirmed, parents and guardians are urged to make arrangements accordingly.

It remains to be seen whether educational institutions will resume normal operations on Wednesday, 27 November. Authorities will continue to monitor developments closely and issue any further updates as necessary. The public is encouraged to stay informed through official channels for the latest announcements regarding the status of educational institutions.
