Authorities have now announced that all public and private educational institutions in Rawalpindi and Islamabad will remain closed for a third consecutive day on Wednesday, 27 November.
This decision has been made due to ongoing concerns surrounding the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest, which continues to impact normal activities in the region.
The announcement follows earlier closures on Monday, 25 November, and Tuesday, 26 November, when officials initially suspended educational activities to ensure the safety of students, staff, and the public amid the planned demonstrations.
Parents, guardians, and students are once again advised to stay tuned to official updates as authorities assess the situation.
As of now, educational institutes are expected to reopen on Thursday, 28 November, provided the conditions allow. Public safety remains the top priority, and any further announcements regarding the schedule will be communicated promptly through reliable channels.
