Realme has expanded its C-series portfolio with the launch of the Realme C75 in Vietnam. It C75 stands out for its military-grade rugged build and focus on practicality, catering to users who prioritize long-lasting devices capable of withstanding daily wear and tear for years.
Pricing and availability details are yet to be announced, but we expect to see affordable price tags given the phone’s budget bracket.
Realme C75 Design and Display
The phone’s 6.72-inch IPS LCD offers 1080p resolution coupled with a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and a more fluid viewing experience. However, what truly sets the C75 apart is its robust construction.
It comes with a top-tier IP69 rating, making the phone highly resistant to water and dust. Its resilience is further enhanced by ArmorShell Tempered Glass, which guarantees superior protection against scratches and impacts, ensuring it withstands the toughest conditions. Realme has even equipped the phone with a MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification, ensuring the device can withstand accidental drops, vibrations, and temperature extremes.
Internals and Software
Under the hood, the Realme C75 is powered by the Helio G92 Max chipset, a modest yet reliable processor from MediaTek. This 4G-only chipset is an upgraded version of the Helio G91, offering slightly better performance for everyday tasks like browsing, streaming, and even light gaming.
The software on the Realme C75 is Realme UI 5.0, built on top of Android 14. This updated interface brings an array of user-friendly features and system optimizations that enhance the overall usability.
Realme C75 Camera
The 50MP main camera serves as the primary shooter, providing sharp and vibrant photos under favorable lighting conditions. The camera, although not designed for professional-level photography, serves casual users well for capturing everyday moments.
On the front, there’s an 8MP selfie camera, which is more than adequate for video calls and social media posts. The camera doesn’t boast advanced features, but it meets the needs of users looking for reliability over flashy extras.
Battery and Pricing
The Realme C75 excels in the battery department, featuring a massive 6,000 mAh battery. This capacity ensures extended use, authorizing users to go through their day without worrying about frequent recharges. Moreover, the phone supports 45W wired charging, which means you can top up the battery relatively quickly compared to many other budget devices. A notable addition is the reverse charging feature, which allows the phone to double as a power bank.
While Realme has not yet officially announced pricing, the phone is expected to cater to budget-conscious buyers and is likely to expand to other markets soon. The Realme C75 is available in Lightning Gold and Black Storm Night, colors.
