  • Credit goes to real estate agents for all the shortage. Agents sell 3 million house to inverters at 5 million and given them a hope of 8 million and greed of investors eventually distance the real buyers. My cousin bought a house in Lahore with asking price of 2.1 crore at 1.35 crore because house was on sale for 3 years but there was no buyer. As per owner he lost 30 lacs. you can imagine how low the market is now a days.
