Pakistan Off to a Winning Start in World Team Squash Championship

Pakistan started their campaign in the World Team Squash Championship on a strong note, securing a 2-1 victory over Peru in their opening match.

The highlight of the encounter was Noor Zaman’s thrilling five-set win, showcasing resilience and determination. Nasir Iqbal followed up with an impressive 3-0 triumph, sealing the victory for Pakistan. However, Asim Khan faced a tough challenge against world-class player Diego Elias, suffering a 3-0 defeat.

Pakistan is set to face Hong Kong in their second group match of the World Team Squash Championship tonight, with hopes of continuing their winning momentum. Hong Kong is currently leading Group H after their opening win against Italy.
