The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has announced the launch of Sector C-14, a new residential development located at the base of the Margalla Hills in Islamabad.
The sector offers a blend of modern living and natural surroundings, catering to those seeking a premium lifestyle. According to the CDA, Sector C-14 is conveniently situated just 10 minutes from the Islamabad International Airport and the motorway, providing easy access for residents.
The project is expected to combine state-of-the-art infrastructure with scenic views. The CDA has shared the following details about the payment plan for 500-square-yard plots:
Total cost:
- Rs. 60 million
Processing fee:
- $50 for overseas Pakistanis
- Rs. 14,000 for local applicants
Installment plan:
- 25% (Rs. 15 million) within one month of receiving the intimation letter
- 25% (Rs. 15 million) within four months
- 25% (Rs. 15 million) within seven months
- 25% (Rs. 15 million) within 10 months
- A 10% rebate is available for lump-sum payments in PKR or USD.
Bookings for plots in Sector C-14 will remain open until December 30, 2024. The CDA has invited interested buyers to secure their plots in this prime location.

First, there is no such thing as ‘the state of the art’ in Pakistan. I have seen many so- called ‘state of the art’ buildings leaking within months of construction. Second, this is yet another costly project for the rich. All this only proves that the authorities are least concerned for the common man in a city where housing is scarce and rents skyrocketing. You and I can guess who will be the beneficiaries of this project.

What is timeline for completion of development.
E 12 was allotted in 1980 , still no possession after 44 years. Even CDA has asked 5.4 million from allottees after 44 years over and above full payment. Non payment would result in cancellation of plots. What a Development Authority?

Full payment of Rs 6 crores is within 30 months but the hand over of plots may take 30 years. Refer I-14 Sector which is still incomplete after decades. A 500 sq yds plot in fully developed gated B-17 MPECHS, just at 10 minutes drive on GT Road is available for Rs 2.5 crorers
