The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has announced new measures to make examinations more accessible for everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
Candidates with disabilities will now receive 15 extra minutes for exams lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes and an additional 30 minutes for 3-hour exams.
Furthermore, candidates without an ID card but possessing a valid domicile will be allowed to take the exam. Similarly, candidates whose ID cards have expired within the last six months will also be permitted to sit for the exams under certain conditions.
These updates were approved during a full commission meeting aimed at introducing candidate-friendly measures. Previously, only candidates with valid ID cards were allowed to participate in exams.
