Minister of State for Information Technology Shaza Fatima on Saturday confirmed a major disruption in internet services across Pakistan due to a fault in the international submarine cable system AAE-1.
The issue has impacted data traffic of approximately 1,000 gigabytes per second which significantly slowed down online connectivity nationwide.
To mitigate the disruption, authorities have successfully rerouted 630 gigabytes per second of data traffic to alternative pathways, with an additional 200 gigabytes per second expected to be redirected shortly.
The IT Ministry assured users that efforts are underway to restore normalcy as soon as possible while keeping the public informed about the progress.

Noticed how she keeps changing statements every few days .
Firstly why under sea cables not affecting any other nation except this 1 ?
Why are certain social media apps banned ?
If under sea cables were affected . Why was the firewall tested now ?
She looks like that “bolbolay” woman who suffers from cartoonish memory .
Didn’t she claimed that starlink is being brought to Pakistan ?
Starlink btw is from Elon musk . A man who is openly against us all
1. He openly advocated freeing tommy Robinson. A well known fraud who wants to ban Muslims especially Pakistanis from entering 🇬🇧 or 🇪🇺.
2. He hid AfD supporter twitter account who supported israel and wanted muslims to be banned . Carefully deleting his tweets .
3. He has openly advocated against Asian people (especially Muslims) from accessing services for fair employment.
4. He’s pro israel to the max .
Just so you all know . That’s the person we are told to support
