Samsung Galaxy S25 Series New Colors and Features Leaked Ahead of Official Announcement

The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is set to debut at the Unpacked event on January 22, and as the date approaches, leaks continue to paint a clearer picture of what to expect. The latest reveals new color options, design refinements, and a first look at Samsung’s take on magnetic wireless charging.

S25 New Colors and Sleek Design

The leaked images showcase the Galaxy S25 Plus and Galaxy S25 Ultra in new blue color variants, likely named “Icy Blue” for the S25 Plus and “Titanium Blue” for the S25 Ultra. Spigen Crystal Flex cases are on both models, allowing us to see their sleek designs.

One of the standout features is the impressively thin bezels on both models. The edges appear slimmer than any recent flagship, including Apple’s iPhone 16 Pro Max, aligning with earlier claims from leaker Ice Universe. While the exact bezel measurements remain unknown, the visuals confirm a significant refinement compared to previous Galaxy models.

MagSafe-Like Wireless Charging with a Twist

The leaked images reveal a MagSafe-style ring on the back of the Galaxy S25 Plus and Ultra, marking Samsung’s first foray into magnetic wireless charging. This feature won’t be built into the phones, reportedly. Instead, users will need to purchase a separate “Magnet Case” to enable compatibility with MagSafe accessories and Qi2 wireless charging.

This approach, while adding functionality, introduces an additional cost for users wanting to leverage magnetic charging. Samsung previously avoided magnetic cases due to potential interference with the S Pen. With the Galaxy S25 series, the company seems to have overcome this challenge, allowing it to compete with brands like OnePlus and Oppo, which already offer similar solutions.

With new color options, thinner bezels, and enhanced functionality, the Galaxy S25 series is shaping up to be one of Samsung’s most polished flagship offerings yet. We will see how these features perform in real-world scenarios at the Unpacked event on January 22.
