Standing amidst a sea of pyro and cheers, “The Game” promised that this new partnership with Netflix would take WWE to unprecedented heights.

The Rock Acknowledges Cody Rhodes!?

The crowd at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles erupted as The Rock made a surprise entrance, delivering one of the loudest ovations of the night. The Great One stepped into the ring and delivered a heartfelt promo, thanking Netflix executives, and even Undisputed champ Cody Rhodes.

This left fans speculating about The Rock’s true intentions. Was this a genuine acknowledgment of the American Nightmare, or a subtle setup for future storylines? Only time will tell.

The OG Tribal Chief Reigns Supreme

In one of the night’s most brutal and emotional matches, Roman Reigns defeated his former enforcer Solo Sikoa in a Tribal Combat match to reclaim the Ula Fala and reassert himself as The Tribal Chief.

The match was a chaotic brawl, with Sikoa dominating early by slamming Reigns through the announce table with a Spinning Solo and using steel steps to his advantage. Reigns, however, showcased his resilience, countering a Samoan Spike into a devastating Spear.

The match took a dramatic turn when members of The Bloodline, including Tama Tonga and Jacob Fatu, interfered, leading to an all-out brawl with Sami Zayn and Jimmy Uso. Kevin Owens also made a surprise appearance, hitting Reigns with a Stunner before being chased off by Cody Rhodes.

In the end, Reigns delivered two consecutive Spears to Sikoa to secure the victory. After the match, The Rock entered the ring and ceremoniously placed the Ula Fala around Reigns’ neck, solidifying his status as The Tribal Chief.

John Cena’s Last Time Is Now

John Cena made his triumphant return to WWE, receiving a thunderous ovation from the Los Angeles crowd. The 16-time world champion announced that he would enter the 2025 Royal Rumble, marking the beginning of his farewell tour.

Cena, who has been on a years-long championship drought, expressed his desire to win the Rumble and pursue a record-breaking 17th world title. “LA is where The Prototype was born, and LA is where I won my first WWE Championship,” Cena declared, setting the stage for what could be one of the most emotional Royal Rumble matches in history.

Rhea Ripley Reclaims the Women’s World Championship

Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan delivered a show-stealing performance in their battle for the Women’s World Championship. Ripley, determined to reclaim her title, dominated early by powerbombing Morgan onto the announce table. However, Morgan fought back with a codebreaker and a series of high-impact moves, aided by Raquel Rodriguez.

The turning point came when Dominik Mysterio attempted to interfere, throwing the championship belt into the ring. The distraction allowed Morgan to hit Oblivion, but Ripley kicked out and countered a second Oblivion into a series of Riptides to secure the victory.

After the match, Ripley shocked the WWE Universe by attacking Mysterio, delivering a Riptide to her former ally. The celebration was capped off by a surprise appearance from The Undertaker, who rode to the ring on his motorcycle and shared a moment of respect with the new champion.

Jey Uso Defeats Drew McIntyre in a Gritty Battle

Jey Uso scored a hard-fought victory over Drew McIntyre. The match was a physical contest from the start, with Uso launching himself over the top rope before the bell even rang.

McIntyre appeared to have the match won after hitting a Claymore, but Uso showed incredible resilience by kicking out. When McIntyre set up for another Claymore, Uso capitalized on his opponent’s overconfidence, rolling him up for the pinfall victory.

CM Punk Defeats Seth “Freakin” Rollins in the Main Event

The main event of the night saw CM Punk and Seth Rollins reignite their heated rivalry in a match that lived up to the hype. The bout quickly descended into chaos as the two Superstars brawled into the crowd before returning to the ring.

Rollins mocked Punk by hitting his signature GTS, but Punk retaliated with a Stomp of his own. The action spilled to the outside, where Rollins delivered a Pedigree on the announce table, injuring his knee in the process. Despite the injury, Rollins hit a Stomp in the ring, but Punk managed to break the pin by grabbing the ropes.

In the final moments, Punk countered a superplex attempt and delivered two consecutive Go to Sleeps to secure the victory, sending the WWE Universe into a frenzy.
