Thief Dies in Karachi After Getting Stuck in Supermarket Window

A burglar died after getting stuck in a window while attempting to break into a supermarket in Liaquatabad’s C-Area. Police revealed that the man, known for his drug addiction, had been trying to steal from the store.

His neck became trapped in the window frame, leading to his fatal injury. Due to the inability to immediately identify the deceased, authorities have placed the body in an Edhi cold storage facility for further investigation.

In another incident, a citizen was fatally shot during a robbery in Karachi’s Bhens Colony on Friday, as street crimes continue into the new year. Police confirmed that the victim, identified as Athar, was shot in the chest after resisting the robbers.

The attack occurred while Athar and his brother-in-law were riding a motorcycle. The robbers tried to stop them, but upon finding no valuables, they shot Athar and fled the scene.
