Xiaomi has expanded its product lineup with the launch of its highly anticipated Redmi Buds 6 series outside of China. Alongside, we also get a Xiaomi 33W Power Bank 10000, and 165W Power Bank 10000.
Redmi Buds 6 and 6 Pro
Starting with the star of the show, the Redmi Buds 6 brings improved sound quality and noise reduction. With a dual-driver system, these earbuds offer clear audio, while their Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) reduces noise by up to 49 dB. In addition, they provide up to 42 hours of playback with the charging case, making them suitable for extended use.

For users seeking more premium sound, the Redmi Buds 6 Pro delivers a superior audio experience. Thanks to their triple-driver setup, they offer higher quality sound, while the ANC reduces noise by up to 55 dB. Furthermore, these earbuds support hi-res codecs like LDAC, feature dimensional audio with head tracking, and provide up to 36 hours of battery life.
There’s no mention of a price tag for the global models yet, but since they have not ventured outside of China, it should not be long before they become available in Pakistan as well.
Xiaomi 33W Power Bank
The Xiaomi 33W Power Bank is a lightweight and portable battery pack, weighing just 210 grams. It features a USB-C port that supports 33W fast charging and a USB-A port capable of delivering up to 22.5W. Additionally, its dual 5,000 mAh battery cells, making the total capacity 10,000 mAh paired with smart current optimization, ensure efficient charging for various devices.
Xiaomi has also added a USB C cable in the package for more convenience. Priced at $25 in Europe, and approved for air travel, it’s an ideal companion for frequent travelers.
Xiaomi 165W Power Bank
Moving on to the high-performance category, the Xiaomi 165W Power Bank stands out with its impressive power capabilities. It includes an integrated USB-C cable that delivers 120W output, while the dual USB-C ports provide a combined output of 165W, allowing users to charge two devices simultaneously at 120W and 45W.
Compared to the 33W power bank option, this one is built for larger devices such as laptops.
Furthermore, the power bank supports 90W self-charging, reaching 75% in just 15 minutes and a full charge in 35 minutes. Weighing 318 grams, with a 10,000 mAh capacity and a built-in display for battery status, it is priced at $51.
It is likely that the power banks will become available in Pakistan too.
