The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that Pakistani pilgrims are expected to spend a total of Rs 9.94 billion on sacrificial rites during Hajj 2025.
Officials confirmed that the sacrificial fee for this year has been set at Rs55,500 per person.
According to ministry sources, over Rs1.94 billion has already been deposited by more than 35,000 pilgrims participating in the government’s Hajj scheme to cover sacrificial arrangements.
A total of 179,210 Pakistani pilgrims are scheduled to perform Hajj this year, with 89,605 traveling under the government scheme and an equal number through private arrangements.
