National Foods Shuts Down Sharjah-Based Subsidiary

National Foods Limited’s (PSX: NATF) Dubai-based subsidiary, National Foods DMCC, has successfully completed the liquidation and closure of its subsidiary National Foods (FZE), NATF informed PSX on Monday.

“National Foods Limited would like to disclose that our wholly-owned subsidiary i.e. National Foods DMCC, based in Dubai, has decided to close its subsidiary National Foods (FZE) registered in Sharjah, UAE,” the company said in a stock filing.

The Company is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of convenience-based food products. The ultimate parent entity of the Company is ATC Holdings (Private) Limited.
