Islamabad to Get a One-Stop Service Center Like Baku’s

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited the “Asan Khidmat” center in Baku, a one-stop service hub offering over 400 facilities, and expressed interest in implementing a similar model in Islamabad.

He observed the center’s advanced technology and efficient service delivery, praising Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev for the initiative. He also visited the INNOLAND startup center, where young innovators are actively engaged.

He acknowledged that while Pakistan has similar centers in Punjab and other cities, Baku’s facility stands out due to its scale and modern approach. He announced plans to launch a pilot project in Islamabad based on this model and invited Azerbaijani experts to visit Pakistan for collaboration.

Following the visit, Shehbaz Sharif departed for Tashkent to continue his official engagements.
