Punjab Safe Cities Authority Introduces Complaint Tracking Portal

The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has introduced a digital tracking portal to swiftly handle 15 helpline complaints.

The newly launched system aims to improve transparency and keep citizens updated on their complaints’ progress. It will cover cases registered under the Virtual Women Police Station, Virtual Center for Child Safety, and Virtual Center for Minorities.

Each complainant will receive a unique username and password, allowing them to monitor their complaint status at any time. The system also enables users to provide feedback or escalate issues if they are unsatisfied with the resolution.

Authorities have encouraged the public to use the portal for timely support and assistance. For complaint tracking, visit: https://feedback.psca.gop.pk/
