- Chicken (boneless, boiled & shredded) – ½ kg
- Capsicum (chopped) – 1 cup
- Onion (chopped) – 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded) – as required
- Sandwich bread (fresh) – as required
- Water (for sealing) – as required
- Bread crumbs – as required
- Beaten eggs – for coating
- Oil – 3 tbsp (for frying)
Seasonings:
- Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- White pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Red chili flakes – 1 tbsp
- Oregano – 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Prepare the Filling
- Boil and shred the chicken.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion and capsicum for 1-2 minutes.
