No Board Exams for Class 5 and 8 in Punjab This Year

The Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTA) has decided to cancel board exams for grades 5 and 8 for the current academic year, opting instead to conduct student assessments, as reported by 24NewsHD TV Channel.

The decision was made during a high-level meeting chaired by PECTA CEO Dr. Shahenshah Faisal Azeem. The initiative aims to ease exam-related stress on students and promote conceptual, understanding-based learning.
