The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has issued important instructions for citizens applying for ID cards and other official documents.
According to the announcement, applicants must bring original documents when visiting NADRA centres. Photocopies are not required for B-Forms or registration certificates. NADRA also clarified that using someone else’s ID card as a guarantee has no legal standing.
Citizens have been warned against sharing their personal information or fingerprints in exchange for financial offers or rewards. Additionally, NADRA advised the public to avoid carrying unnecessary photocopies and only bring original documents for processing.
Clear instructions regarding these guidelines have been displayed at all NADRA centres.

Aoa last week I visited nadra executive branch csd for my mother’s boometric in morning we have got the token at 8.17 am then we have called for our turn a girl name sadia start our process at once another girl from another seat came and start discussion with sadia. That girl was in green dress and sadia was continuously talking with her without focusing on her work the in charge of that branch butt Sarah collected the mobiles phone on their duty hours they both were discussing that don’t do too much work and never burdenize because but Sarah collect everyone’s mobile except some akhtar Sarah and after all these discuss taking almost half hour sadia replied that we cannot processes for the biometric then I send you are continuously busy in some other communication after wasting my half hour your are saying this toe
By the way in short way I want to inform you that I had some reference with that reference I had some other option to updated thebilmetric of my mother the reason why I am writing you is to kindly send your nadra staff for training session that how they can deal with public and they have to guide us step by step beacusewe are the citizen of Pakistan we cannot do anything without the complete detail background data of our ID card. If this is happening in the executive beach with customers then I am damn sure more and more bad is going in the backward areas with the poor public

I visited NADRA centre at Rawat for my biometrics and to my horror I was told that my biometrics are now not recordable and I was given a printed letter. If NADRA cannot record biometrics of Senior Citizens then why you ask for it.
