No customs duty or tax. Have been buying from AliExpress for years and Temu as well. Maybe some tax if a single item is $20 or more. However, when you pay for something, the government taxes the transaction. 10% + 3% currency conversion cost + Rs 100 overseas transaction fee.
You don’t have to pay these if pay in USD using Payoneer.
Alternatively, you can look for the same item on daraz and buy it from Chinese (Overseas) seller from there.
