Petroleum prices in Pakistan will likely see a slight drop amid small fluctuations in international oil markets.
Diesel rates could see a reduction of Rs. 0.28 per litre, while petrol may fall by Rs. 0.6 per litre.
The existing price of petrol is Rs. 252.63 while the price of high-speed diesel currently stands at Rs. 254.64 per liter. If approved, the prices of petrol and diesel will be Rs. 252.03 and Rs. 254.36, respectively.
Kerosene could see a Rs. 0.3 per litre increase to Rs. 164.96 per liter while Light Diesel Oil could rise by Rs. 1.3 per litre.
In the previous adjustment on 15 April, the prices of both petrol and high-speed diesel were kept unchanged. Before this, the federal government cut the prices of both petrol and high-speed diesel by Rs. 2 per liter.

no need to drop just 0.6 rupess just, for 0.6 rupees too much approvals, paper works, dipatches, time, all will be wasted for just 0.6 rupees.
after budget you have to again increase 15 to 22 rupees on petrol.
Highly unfair by GoP to pocket significant Brent price drop to mid 60’s from 70’s instead of passing very unfair price reduction, a dust not releif. Simply disgraceful conduct of GoP to siphon their own revenue pitfall target from Petroleum prices….. No electricity tariff releif as announced by PM and Petroleum rip off continues
