Rs. 25.23 Billion Will Help Pakistani Students to Study in Top US Universities

The federal government has allocated Rs. 25.23 billion for the Ph.D. Scholarship Program under the Pak-US Knowledge Corridor as part of the Public Sector Development Programme (PSDP) 2025-26, official documents accessed by ProPakistani reveal.

The program, administered by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), aims to send Pakistani scholars to top-ranked U.S. universities to pursue doctoral studies in priority fields such as science, technology, engineering, agriculture, and health.

Launched as a long-term strategic partnership between Pakistan and the United States, the Pak-US Knowledge Corridor envisions sending Pakistani students to American institutions, with the objective of building a critical mass of highly trained professionals and academics.
