Vivo has introduced the X200 FE, a compact smartphone that doesn’t compromise on power or features. Launched in Taiwan with a global release expected soon, the phone stands out for its high-end internals, large battery, and three 50MP rear cameras—all wrapped in a sleek design.
Design and Display
The Vivo X200 FE features a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The screen also includes an in-display fingerprint sensor and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.
Despite housing a massive battery, the device maintains a slim profile at just 7.99mm thick, with dimensions of 150.83 x 71.76 mm and a weight of 186 grams. It is also IP68 and IP69 rated for protection against water and dust. The phone is expected to launch in multiple color options, including Black, Pink, Yellow, and Blue.
Internals and Software
Under the hood, the X200 FE is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, which brings flagship-grade performance, ideal for gaming and other heavy usage. The phone is available with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. On the software side, it runs Vivo’s Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15.
Cameras
The rear camera system includes three 50MP sensors with Zeiss optics. The main 50MP sensor (Sony IMX921) comes with optical image stabilization and an f/1.88 aperture. A second 50MP periscope lens (IMX882) offers telephoto capabilities with an f/2.65 aperture, and there’s also an 8MP ultra-wide module for capturing broader scenes.
On the front, it has a 50MP selfie camera capable of high-resolution photos.
Battery and Pricing
The X200 FE houses a 6,500mAh silicon carbon battery, one of the largest in its category. It supports 90W wired fast charging and can reportedly deliver over 25 hours of YouTube playback or 9.5 hours of gaming on a full charge. Vivo claims it takes just 57 minutes to fully recharge the battery.
The pricing and global availability details have not yet been confirmed.
