The Searle Company Limited (PSX: SEARL) has announced a leadership transition, appointing Tahir Ahmed as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective July 1, 2025.
According to a stock filing with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Syed Nadeem Ahmed has officially retired and relinquished the role of CEO.
However, he will continue to serve on the company’s Board as an Executive Director and will take on the role of Senior Advisor to the Board and Management.
Tahir Ahmed has been serving as Managing Director for the past year under a Board-approved succession plan. He brings over 25 years of experience with the company across various leadership roles.
