Chairman Randhawa stressed the importance of facilitating investors and directed that all possible support be extended to participants in the upcoming auction. He added that the commercial plots on offer are located in high-value zones and represent prime investment opportunities.

According to CDA officials, the auction will feature commercial plots and retail spaces in various categories, aimed at encouraging investment and enhancing Islamabad’s commercial profile.

The auction is expected to attract strong interest from business and real estate sectors due to the strategic location and growing demand for commercial space in the capital.
