FPSC Adopts New System to Speed Up Recruitment

The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), tasked with selecting civil servants through competitive examinations, has introduced a fast-track recruitment system to accelerate the hiring process for officers in various grades.

This new initiative aims to streamline the selection process for positions ranging from Grade 16 to Grade 20. According to an official public notice by the Commission, only those candidates who successfully clear the written examination and fulfill all eligibility requirements will be shortlisted for interviews, skipping the previous approach where broader calls for interviews were issued.

To assist applicants in their preparation, the FPSC has advised candidates to consult the guidelines and regulations available on its official website before the interview phase.

The fast-track system is expected to reduce delays and enhance efficiency in filling key administrative roles across the federal government.
