The Emergency Services Department Punjab (Rescue 1122) has announced 484 new jobs in different districts of the province for candidates looking to join the emergency services sector.
According to the advertisement, the available posts include Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Fire DERT Rescuer (FDR), and Rescue Driver (LTV). The recruitment will be made on a temporary basis, while the last date to apply is 3 August 2026.
Interested candidates can submit their applications online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) website.

For Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), candidates must have a Nursing or Paramedical degree/diploma with at least 2nd division from a recognized board, council, or university. The required age limit is 20 to 30 years.
For Fire DERT Rescuer (FDR), candidates must have a DAE diploma with at least 2nd division in a relevant field, including Chemical, Electronics, Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Telecommunication, or Architecture. The age limit for this post is also 20 to 30 years.
For Rescue Driver (LTV), candidates must have a Secondary School Certificate with at least 2nd division, along with a valid LTV driving license. Applicants must be between 20 and 30 years of age.
The vacancies have been announced for several districts, including Bahawalnagar, Bhakkar, Chakwal, D.G. Khan, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jhelum, Khushab, Lahore, Layyah, Mianwali, Murree, Muzaffargarh, Nankana Sahib, Narowal, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, and Toba Tek Singh.
Rawalpindi has received one of the highest shares with 37 EMT, 6 FDR, and 43 LTV driver posts, while Gujranwala has 50 vacancies across different categories.
Interested candidates can apply online through the Central Testing Service (CTS) website.
After completing the online application, candidates must print the application form and send it by post to Central Testing Service (CTS) before the closing date. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Only candidates who submit complete applications and meet the required eligibility criteria will be considered. The department said shortlisted candidates will have to appear in written, psychological, and physical tests at designated centres.
