Toyota Upgrades Fortuner and Revo Without Increasing Price

Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has marked its 35th anniversary in Pakistan by introducing major feature upgrades for its popular Fortuner and Revo models—without increasing prices.

The Ex-Factory Karachi Prices remain unchanged, and deliveries for these updated vehicles will begin from July 23.

Fortuner GR-S – Enhanced Safety and Convenience

The Fortuner GR-S now comes with:

  • Panoramic View Monitor (PVM): A 360-degree camera system that aids in tight-space parking and manoeuvring.
  • Blind Spot Monitor (BSM): Alerts the driver about nearby vehicles in blind spots, improving highway safety.
  • Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA): Warns the driver of approaching vehicles while reversing.

Upgrades Across All Fortuner Variants

All Fortuner models receive:

  • Upgraded Infotainment System: Now powered by a faster 3-core processor and HD (1280×720) display.
  • 0A Fast Charging: Allows quicker device charging.
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: Provides seamless, cable-free smartphone integration.

Revo GR-S and Revo Lineup Improvements

The Revo GR-S also gets the Panoramic View Monitor (PVM), improving visibility for pickup users. Additionally, all Revo variants now include:

  • Upgraded Infotainment System
  • 0A Fast Charging
  • Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto

These feature-rich upgrades are designed to improve comfort, safety, and user experience—without raising costs.

  • Lols, things which are present in all Chinese vehicles are being pushed as upgrades. This is peanuts compared to what is being charged. It’s just matter of time when japanese companies will loose market.

  • Unless Toyota changes the chassis frame of Fortuner to make its ride comfortable, it will keep losing its position in competition with Korean and Chinese SUVs.
