Systems Limited (PSX: SYS), one of the top software companies in Pakistan, has announced that it is considering a potential acquisition of Information Technology (IT) and IT enabled services business.
In a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) on Wednesday, the company said the potential acquisition is subject to finalization of negotiations of commercial terms, completion of due diligence, execution of definitive agreements and receipt of regulatory approvals.
“Systems Limited will keep the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited apprised of material developments,” the notice said.
The company is principally engaged in the business of software development, trading of software and business process outsourcing services.
