AirSial, one of Pakistan’s leading private airlines, has announced a recruitment drive for cabin crew positions, with walk-in interviews scheduled in Lahore on Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
The interviews will be held at the Avari Hotel, Shahrah-e-Quaid-e-Azam, Garhi Shahu, Lahore, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The airline is seeking female candidates to join its cabin crew team, offering a career opportunity in the growing aviation sector.
Eligibility criteria for applicants include:
- Education: Intermediate / A-Level
- Age: 18–25 years
- Height: Minimum 5’2”
- Weight: As per BMI
- Marital Status: Single
AirSial has specified that applicants must possess strong communication skills in both English and Urdu, as well as good interpersonal skills and a well-groomed personality.
The airline has also highlighted that successful candidates will be offered a starting salary package of PKR 100,000, along with additional perks and benefits.
Candidates are required to bring the original CNIC with a copy, a passport-size photograph, an updated resume, and copies of their Matric and Intermediate/A-Level certificates to the interview.
The airline stated that this hiring initiative reflects its commitment to strengthening its cabin crew team and maintaining service excellence on domestic and international routes.
